Pine Essential Oil (Pinus sylvestris) distilled needle oil
Our Pine Essential Oil has a strong fresh and invigorating aroma. Steam distilled from the needles of a tall evergreen tree with long needles and brown cones.
Pine is a clear to pale yellow liquid with a strong dry balsamic aroma.
The ancient Romans and Greeks used Pine to treat respiratory problems and muscular aches and pains. The Native Americans used it to prevent scurvy and also to used pine needles in their bedding to repel lice and fleas. The ancient Egyptians used pine kernels in their cooking. Pine was also traditionally used for fevers, arthritis, rheumatism, muscular pain and respiratory conditions. It now commonly incorporated in the fragrances of air-fresheners, disinfectants, detergents, soaps, and toiletries.

How to Use
For Adults only (Please seek professional advice for any other use)
Diffusion: use 6-8 drops in water in your diffuser
Massage: add 10-15 drops to 1 tablespoon (20ml) of your choice of carrier oil or unscented massage oil.
Baths: mix 3-4 drops with a teaspoon (5ml) of Essential Oil Dispersant or Unscented Liquid Soap and add to your bath water.
