All our shipped orders are required to be signed for on delivery. So if you are not at home during the day, you may like to consider providing your work address for delivery.
Alternatively you can specify during the checkout process if you are happy for the parcel to be left at the delivery address without signing for it. Please note that if you choose to have your order left without a signature, Essence of Wellbeing is not responsible for any loss that may occur as a result.
We primarily use Australia Post for deliveries, although we may on occasion use a courier depending upon the shipment and destination.
Your order will proceed to be packed once it has been confirmed and your payment has been received. Shipments are packed in the same order they are received, and in most cases your order will ship within 1 – 2 business days.
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. When your order is shipped you will be sent a confirmation email which will contain your tracking information. If you have any issues tracking your order or your order has not arrived, please contact us for assistance.
We also offers a FREE Click & Collect service from our Mornington Showroom in Victoria. This option can be selected from the shipping method selection in the final stages of the checkout process.
We will contact you once your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you have been contacted by us prior to coming to collect your order.
If someone is collecting your order on your behalf, they must have the order number or copy of the order confirmation email.

All online orders over $250.00 qualify for free shipping.
For orders less than $250, shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the order and its destination. Our website has a shipping estimator which allows you to see the cost of shipping prior to you committing to the order and checking out. Simply select your items and go to the shopping cart, where you will see your selected items. Select “Estimate Shipping & Taxes” and enter your state and postcode, and the postage estimator will let you know what the shipping cost will be for that particular order. You may change the items in your shopping cart and re-estimate postage as many times as you like. (You may often find that larger orders are more economical in shipping costs than small orders are.) Then, when your order is complete, simply proceed to checkout as usual.
Yes, these options are available on request. If you require these options please contact us direct, and we will provide a freight quotation.
Yes, our check out process allows you to provide your invoice address and also specify an alternative address for delivery if required. (We normally include a copy of your receipt with the order. If your order is for a gift and you would prefer that a receipt not be included, simply note this in the comments and we will email your receipt to you instead).
