Getting your order to you in a safe and efficient manner is always our priority
We only use trackable methods of shipping, and you will be provided with tracking details once your order is dispatched which allow you to track your order delivery online.
You may be required to sign for your order when it is delivered, so if you are not at home during the day, you may like to consider providing your work address for delivery. Alternatively you can specify with your order if you are happy for the parcel to be left at the delivery address without signing for it.
We primarily use Australia Post for deliveries, although we may on occasion use a courier depending upon the shipment and destination.
Your order will proceed to be packed once it has been confirmed and your payment has been received. Shipments are packed in the same order they are received, and in most cases your order will ship within 2 business days.
Free Pickup is also available from our Mornington Store. This option can be selected from the shipping method selection in the final stages of the checkout process. We will contact you once your order is ready for collection
All online retail orders over $250.00 qualify for free shipping.For Retail orders less than $250 & Wholesale Orders, shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the order and its destination. Our website has a shipping estimator which allows you to see the cost of shipping prior to you committing to the order and checking out. Simply select your items and go to the shopping cart, where you will see your selected items. Select "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" and enter your state and postcode, and the postage estimator will let you know what the shipping cost will be for that particular order. You may change the items in your shopping cart and re-estimate postage as many times as you like. (You may often find that larger orders are more economical in shipping costs than small orders are.) Then, when your order is complete, simply proceed to checkout as usual.
