Getting your order to you in a safe and efficient manner is always our priority
We only use trackable methods of shipping, and you will be provided with tracking emails as your order progresses allowing you to see when your order will be delivered. You can also use these details to track your order online.
You may be required to sign for your order when it is delivered, so if you are not at home during the day, you may like to consider providing your work address for delivery. Alternatively you can specify with your order if you are happy for the parcel to be left at the delivery address without signing for it.
We primarily use Australia Post for deliveries, although we may on occasion use a courier depending upon the shipment and destination.
Your order will proceed to be packed once it has been confirmed and your payment has been received. Shipments are packed in the same order they are received, and in most cases your order will ship within 2 business days.

How much will the freight/shipping cost ? Freight is calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of your order.
Can you ship my order using Express Post or a Courier Service ? Yes, these options are available on request. If you require these options please contact us direct, and we will provide a freight quotation.
Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my own (i.e. as a gift) ? Yes, our check out process allows you to provide your invoice address and also specify an alternative address for delivery if required. (We normally include a copy of your receipt with the order. If your order is for a gift and you would prefer that a receipt not be included, simply note this in the comments and we will email your receipt to you instead.)
How long will my order take to arrive ? We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible, ideally within 1 business day. Thereafter orders within Australia are generally delivered as detailed in the table below. Please note these are estimates only and once your parcel leaves we have no control over how fast it is delivered. You will be sent an email with your tracking details when your order has left us, so you will be able to follow its progress and see when it is due to arrive. Please also bear in mind that at busy times, such as before Christmas & Public Holidays delivery times may be longer than usual.
