Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchases from Essence of Wellbeing.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make through this site, or your products are damaged in transit, we offer to refund or replace your purchase, whichever we consider appropriate in the circumstances. Unfortunately, any opened products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by us.

  • If you have ordered or received the wrong product, you may be able to return this for replacement or refund. However please note that items must be unopened, unused and returned in the original condition in which they were received. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to notify us. Any postage costs for return or replacement of mistakenly ordered goods will be at your own expense.
     
  • If there is any defect in the products you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a refund or replacement. Please retain your products as we may ask you to return them to us. 
     
  • In the event of merchandise being damaged in transit, please retain all packaging material along with the product(s) and contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged package to arrange for refund or replacement.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages where Australia Post or a courier has acted on special delivery instruction provided by the customer regarding the shipment delivery (e.g. leave at door, leave next to garage, etc).

To make a claim

  • Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt by phone or email with your order reference number and the reason for your claim.
  • You may be asked to return the item/s to us.  Any product must be returned in its original condition together with a copy of your invoice and/or receipt, and confirmation of the reason for return.
  • If a refund is to be made this will be done by the same method as the original payment.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to specify whether refund or replacement is appropriate once the returned item(s) are received.
  • Please note that we cannot refund freight costs on delivery or return of goods unless we deem the goods to be faulty.
